Talented artist but VIP not worth it!
Paid $1000 for Meet & Greet with 2 VIP Gold Status. Enjoyed the show from the second row, found the sound quality and stage setup great but hard to see the performer's face from the front row behind the piano.
The VIP package came with a backstage pass for food, drinks, and the meet & greet. We received light snacks like bread, bruschetta, and sausage, along with 2 drink coupons each for wine or beer. The generous lady provided extra coupons, allowing us to enjoy and get a nice buzz.
The meet & greet experience was disappointing. We lined up, took one picture each with no conversation or friendliness from Elderbrook. I tried to share a special anniversary message and a past memory, but there was no interaction, just a smile for the photo and a quick exit. Not worth the $1000 price tag.
The backstage pass only granted access before the show, which was frustrating. Despite spending $500 each, my wife had to wait in line for a regular bathroom, which was unacceptable.
While the show and Elderbrook's performance were excellent, the VIP experience was lacking. I rate the artist 5 stars but the VIP experience only 2 stars.
Bonus: We also received a bag and a water bottle.
